Improve Fitness/Conditioning:
Volleyball players need repeatable quick bursts of speed and power throughout sets. They also need endurance to stay fresh and focused throughout long matches. Our off-season conditioning is intertwined with other forms of jump training and high intensity intervals to keep athletes functioning at a high level. During the season, our conditioning is of a lower intensity to help maintain the athlete’s fitness and facilitate recovery in between matches and practices.
